A. Yes, We offer on-site service for residential and businesses customers.

Q. Is there an additional charge for mobile service?

A. No, there is no additional charge for onsite mobile repair.

Q. Do you offer remote support?

A. Yes, we offer remote support for issues you are experiencing that don’t interfere with your internet connection and computer speed.

Q. How quickly will a technician be dispatched to my location?

A. We offer same day service if a service call is received before 3:00PM or if our schedule allows. After hour service calls are considered emergency and additional cost may apply.

Q. How long does it take to solve a problem?

A. Repair services vary in completion time, but we provide an estimated cost and time before the service starts.

Q. How much does repair service cost?

A. We offer several different services and repairs that vary in cost. Therefore we offer free preliminary diagnostics to estimate the cost before we do a repair or service.

Q. What is the charge for diagnostic service?

A. We offer free estimates to determine the issue.

Q. Is your work guaranteed?

A. We guarantee software for 30 days and hardware for 90 days or up to a year if the manufacturer offers a warranty.

Q. Do you offer a warranty on your work?

A. Yes. Warranty length depends on the service but will be discussed in detail at the time of service.

Q. Are your technicians certified?

A. Yes our technicians are Microsoft A+ and Network+ Certified.

Q. Do you repair iPads, iPhones, or other peripherals?

A. No. We currently repair desktops and laptops only. We do not service printers, monitor, keyboard, etc.
